What happens when the free trial ends?
The till stops taking new sales until you activate a plan. Your products, sales and settings are kept, so you carry on exactly where you left off once you enter your activation code.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Sales, receipts and stock changes are saved on the computer and sent to the cloud when the connection comes back. You need internet the first time you sign in.
Which receipt printers work with it?
Standard 58 mm and 80 mm thermal till printers that are installed on Windows. You can choose to print or skip each receipt, and reprint old ones.
Can I use it on more than one till?
Yes. Install it on each computer and sign in to the same shop. Sales and stock stay in sync between them.
Can I bring in my existing product list?
Yes. Import a CSV spreadsheet with your codes, names, prices and stock levels. Prices can include tax.
How do I pay?
Pay online by card, or email us to pay another way. Either way you get an activation code to enter in Settings. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time; yearly plans can be refunded within 14 days. See our refund policy.
How do I cancel or change my card?
Open Manage subscription and enter the email you paid with. You'll get a code, then you can cancel, update your card or download invoices. Your till keeps working until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is my data safe?
Each shop's data is kept separate and only people you add can see it. Data is sent over an encrypted connection and backed up in the cloud.
